Explore life, faith and meaning
Alpha is a chance to ask questions and explore the Christian faith in a fun, no-pressure environment.
Each session includes a short film and a discussion over dinner.
Sessions are weekly and run from Wednesday 1st October at 7pm in the Parish Centre, Bognor.

Preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation
The words that Jesus shared with his disciples at Pentecost apply to each one of us at Confirmation: 'you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you will be my witnesses' (Acts 1:8).
As preparation, you are invited to discern with others about if now is the time for you to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
This time begins at the end of November.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
As Catholics we believe that Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist. Adoration is a time for anyone to come and spend some time in the presence of Jesus.
You are invited to St Richard's church, Slindon on Wednesdays between 9.30-10.30, St Anthony's church, Rose Green on Thursdays between 11.30 - 12.30, and Our Lady of Sorrows' church, Bognor on Fridays following the 10am Mass until 14.00.

Financial transparency is crucial if every member of the parish is to take personal responsibility for the financial requirements of being a Church that has moved beyond simply maintaining itself to being a Church concerned with mission.
Your giving funds roofs, to sausages, to photocopying; but these tools enable so much more to happen.
Worship happens under that roof, the marginalised eat those sausages, and those seeking Jesus' good news read those photocopies. In short, lives are changed!

Our vision is to be a parish where we follow Jesus, who are on fire with his love, share his love with each other and the world.
Many of us can relate to this vision, but we can always be more.
Through our parish I hope you can take your next step in following Jesus. Every week there are plenty of things going on to help you deepen in relationship with God, and to then put your faith into action.
